SCENARIOS เป็นหัวจหลักของระบบที่ช่วยอำนวยความสะดวก ความสะบายแก่ผู้ใช้งานระบบ Home Automation ด้วยการโปรแกรมคำสั่ง หรือเงื่อนไขต่างๆ ของการทำงานไว้ล่วงหน้า ในหลายรูปแบบ แล้วจะใช้งานเมื่อไหร่ค่อยกดปุ่มสั่งงานภายใต้ปุ่มเดียว หรือเงื่อนไขเดียว เช่น ทุกๆวันตอนเช้า 7:15AM เปิดม่านไฟฟ้าภายในห้อง เวลา 10:30AM กันสาดไฟฟ้าเปิดลงบังแสงแดดส่องเข้ามาภายในห้อง เวลา 6:00PM ระบบรดน้าต้นไม้ทำงาน

CONSUMPTION MANAGEMENT การแสดงผลการใช้ไฟฟ้า ของปลั๊กไฟฟ้า หรืออุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าต่างๆภายในบ้าน จะช่วยให้วางแผนประหยัดพลังงานไฟฟ้าได้ เช่น ให้เครื่องซักผ้าทำงานช่วงกลางคืน กลางวันไม่มีผู้ใช้งานในบ้าน ให้ระบบตัดการจ่ายกระแสไฟฟ้าเข้าสู่ปลั๊กไฟฟ้า จะช่วยประหยัดค่าไฟจากการลืมปิดอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้า หรือ Stand By Mode และ ป้องกันไฟฟ้าลัดวงจร ก่อให้เกิดอัคคีภัยได้

LIGHTING MANAGEMENT ระบบบริหารและจัดการควบคุมโคมไฟฟ้าภายในบ้าน สามารถควบคุมได้หลายรูปแบบ ทั้ง ON/OFF, Dimer, RGB Lamps and DALI/DMX Protocol ทำให้คลอบคลุม การสั่งการได้หลายรูปแบบ เช่น กดปุ่ม "Party" โคมไฟฟ้าอื่นๆ ดับลง และ ปรับหรี่โคมไฟ หรือสั่งเปลี่ยนสีโคมไฟฟ้า RGB Lamps

TEMPERATURE MANAGEMENT ระบบบริหารและจัดการ การปรับอากาศ ภายในบ้าน มีให้เลือกหลายรูปแบบ เช่น เชื่อมต่อสั่งงานกับเครื่องปรับอากาศภายในบ้าน แบบ Relay เพื่อสั่งคำสั่ง ON/OFF หรือ เชื่อมต่อสั่งงานกับเครื่องปรับอากาศ Brand DaiKin/Mitsu/Fujitsu แบบ ModBus RTU Protocol เพื่อสั่งคำสั่ง ปรับอุณหภูมิ   หรือติดตั้ง Temperature & Humidity Sensor ในห้องเก็บ Wine เพื่อแจ้งเตือนเมื่ออุณหภูมิในห้องเก็บ Wine สูงขึ้นเกินกำหนด  หรือ ห้องเก็บภาพมีความชื้นสูงแล้วสั่งให้พัดลมระบายอากาศทำงานเป็นต้น

How to Design a System.?

1. SimpleHome Automation อุปกรณ์หลักต้องประกอบไปด้วย

   1. แผงควบคุมและโปรแกรมระบบ MAXI 7” Manager

   2. ชุดเชื่อมต่อสั่งงานผ่าน APP Comelit HUB

   3. จุดจ่ายไฟอุปกรณ์ Bus Power Supply 24VDC 2A ( 1 / 10 Module)

   4. ตัวเชื่อมต่อคอมพิวเตอร์ Logic Function Module

2. เลือกอุปกรณ์ควบคุมสั่งเปิดปิดไฟ Lighting Control

   1. กรณีต้องการประหยัดการเดินสายไฟฟ้าจากโคมไฟฟ้า Lamp และสวิทช์ไฟ Switch กลับไปยังตู้จ่ายกระแสไฟฟ้า Load Center และสามารถปรับแก้เป็นระบบควบคุมปกติ ให้เลือกใช้ Local Module แบบฝังซ่อนใน BOX หลังสวิทช์  โดยมีข้เสียคือ BOX ต้องเป็นแบบลึก US BOX เพื่อใส่ Module และเชื่อมได้ 2 สวิทช์ (ตามรูป)

   2. กรณีเลือกแบบ Central Control คือ เดินสายไฟฟ้าจากโคมไฟฟ้า Lamp 1 เส้น และสายสวิทช์ไฟ Switch 2 เส้น กลับไปยังตู้จ่ายกระแสไฟฟ้า Load Center เพื่อเชื่อมต่ออุปกรณ์ควบคุมไฟฟ้า จะสะดวกต่อการปรับปรุงและเปลี่ยนแปลงในอนาคต  ซึ่งขนาด BOX จะขึ้นอยู่กับสวิช์ไฟ และใส่สวิทช์ได้มากกว่า 2 ต่อ BOX  และ เลือกวงจรควบคุมไฟแบบ Dimmer ได้.

   3. กรณีการควบคุมโคมไฟฟ้าเป็นแบบ RGB Lamps หรือ 0-10V Dim หรือ DALI/DMX Dim จะออกแบบเป็นพิเศษ

3. เลือกวงจรควบคุมปลั๊กไฟฟ้า Load Control

   1. ปลั๊กไฟฟ้าชุดไหนที่ต้องการ สั่ง OFF ตอนไม่ใช้งานให้เดินสายมายังจุด Central Control ซึ่งอยู่ใกล้ตู้ Load Center

   2. ปลั๊กไฟฟ้าชุดไหนที่ต้องการ รายงานค่าพลังงาน Energy Management

4. เลือกระบบเชื่อมต่อเพื่อควบคุมระบบปรับอากาศ

   1. ต้องประสานผู้แทนจำหน่ายและติดตั้งเครื่องปรับอากาศ เพื่อขอเชื่อมต่อสั่งงาน

   2. กรณีเชื่อมต่อสั่งงานเครื่องปรับอากาศ แบบ ON/OFF จะใช้ Relay – Dry Contact

   3. กรณีเชื่อมต่อสั่งงานเครื่องปรับอากาศ แบบ Adjust Temperature ได้ จะต้องเลือก เครื่องปรับอากาศยี่ห้อ DAIKIN/MITSU/FUJITSU ที่มีการเชื่อมต่อสั่งงานจากภายนอก แบบ ModBus RTU Protocol

   4. กรณีมีห้องเก็บ Wine ให้ติดตั้ง Temperature Sensor

   5. กรณีมีห้องเก็บภาพ Gallery ให้ติดตั้ง Humidity Sensor และ เชื่อมต่อสั่งงานพัดลมระบายอากาศ

5. เลือกระบบสั่งงานม่านไฟฟ้า Curtains & Blinds

   1. ติดตั้ง Module ควบคุมมอเตอร์ม่านไฟฟ้า แบบสั่งเปิด และสั่งปิดพร้อมสวิทช์กดปุ่ม

6. เลือกระบบสั่งงานระบบรดน้ำสนามหญ้า Irrigation

   1. ติดตั้ง Relay แบบ 24VDC เชื่อมกับ Solenoid Valve เพื่อสั่งเปิดปิดน้ำตามวันและเวลา

7. เลือกระบบอื่นๆที่ต้องการควบคุมและแสดงผล ภายใต้ระบบเดียว หรือ Mobile App เดียว

   1. IP Camera ระบุตำแหน่งและจำนวนที่คต้องการ

   2. Video Door Phone & Intercom System ระบุตำแหน่งและจำนวน เพื่อการสื่อสารระหว่างแม่บ้าน และคนขับรถ หรือระบบขอความช่วยเหลือฉุกเฉิน แบบ พูดสื่อสารระหว่างกันได้ เมื่อลื่นล้มในห้องน้ำ หรือมีผู้สูงอายุ

   3. Security System เลือกติดตั้งระบบกันขโมย และแจ้งเตือนการบุกรุก ภายนอกอาคาร และภายในบ้าน

7" MAXI MANAGER WITH ANDROID SUPERVISOR. VIP

7” system manager based on Android operating system, allowing Video entry, Home Automation, the VEDO Anti-Intrusion, CCTV system. The system manager enables you to control lights, roller shutters, automated openings, zone-based temperature control with customised scheduling, irrigation, displaying of electricity, water and gas consumption, disconnection of electrical loads, management and control of anti-intrusion system, camera viewing via the IP network. Option of loading third-party apps.

3.5" MINI TOUCH SIMPLEHOME SUPERVISOR

3.5" Mini Touch with supervisor function. To be connected to the SimpleHome BUS for management of automation systems controlling lights, loads, shutters, climate, scenarios and irrigation, and to the SimpleSafe system for display and control of the anti-intrusion system.Variable backlighting according to the status of the system climate areas, according to the anti-intrusion system status or with an adjustable colour steplights function. Dimensions: 125x85mm.

COMELIT HUB

Comelit App will also allow you to manage the home automation system directly via Smartphones and Tablets (iOS and Android). Functions as a gateway for Comelit systems: it will therefore be possible to communicate with the video entry system and the alarm system via the LAN port. Simple configuration: the module can be configured directly via SimpleProg; no port-forwarding procedure is required for remote connection. All home automation functions (such as lights, blinds, climate or loads) can be controlled. Can be used to program weekly timers, scenarios or logic rules.

Lighting Control BUS MODULE 2IN/2OUT

Home automation module with 2 inputs for direct connection of 2 command buttons and 2 outputs with 2A solid state relays, allowing control of generic loads at 240 Vac up to a maximum of 500W. Suitable for controlling halogen, LED or compact fluorescent bulbs. Limit of 500W Dimensions 50x50x18.5 mm

Curtain & Blinds Control - BUS MODULE Up/Down

Home automation module with 2 inputs for direct connection of 2 command buttons and 2 outputs electronically interlocked by the module with 2A electromechanical relays, allowing control of motorised devices at 250 Vac up to a maximum of 350W. Dimensions 50x50x18.5 mm

Central Lighting Control - 8 Switch, 8 Relay ON/OFF Rated.16A

SimpleHome module with 9 optically coupled inputs (8 normal + 1 scenario), for connection of buttons in the vicinity of the electrical panel and 8 relay outputs with N.C./N.O. switching contact to control resistive electrical loads up to 16A. Dimensions: 160x90x58 mm

Central Lighting Control - 300W DIMMER

SimpleHome dimmer module for adjusting halogen and compact fluorescent (CFL) lamps, dimmable LEDs and electronic transformers. Power 300W. Dimmer function with control via a single or double button, motion detection function with energy saving which allows dimming of the lights when no movement is detected. Dimensions: 35x90x58 mm.

Central Lighting Control - INTERFACE FOR DALI AND DMX PROTOCOLS

Module allowing the SimpleHome BUS to interface with the DALI BUS or DMX BUS. The interface is used to transmit commands for activation or deactivation of groups of lamps connected to the systems. It is possible to control or adjust the lamps from buttons, supervisors and from the Comelit App. The module can control up to 64 individual lamps on both BUS devices (DALI/DMX) or up to 21 RGB lamps. The module does not allow programming or powering of modules connected to DALI or DMX BUS devices.

Irrigation Control – 8 Relay Outputs

SimpleHome module with 9 optically coupled inputs (8 normal + 1 scenario), for connection of buttons in the vicinity of the electrical panel and 8 relay outputs with N.O. contact. Not suitable for controlling fluorescent, LED and low energy lights or high loads. Dimensions: 71x90x58 mm

Air-Conditioner Control On/OFF - 4 Outputs (Dry Contact Interface) 

SimpleHome module with (4 normal + 1 scenario), for connection 4 relay outputs with N.C./N.O. Dimensions: 71x90x58 mm

Air-Conditioner Control - Modbus interface (Daikin/Mitsu/Fujitsu)

Module 20003400 is an interface between the SimpleHome system and the ModBus RTU protocol. DIN rail mounted, the device is able to communicate with Daikin RTD-RA/Smart and RTD-NET protocols), Mitsubishi Electric and Fujitsu (with Intesis interface) air conditioning systems via dedicated ModBus interfaces. The system is designed to integrate Modbus maps from any manufacturer. Operation requires installation of a temperature sensor on the SimpleHome BUS for each of the climate zones to be controlled. Manages a maximum of 8 climate zones. Dimensions: 70 x 59 x 95mm

Temperature and humidity Sensor

SimpleHome flush-mount module with one input for connection of Comelit temperature and humidity sensor (included in package), one input for standard PT100 temperature sensor (not included in package) and one digital input for connection of a window contact or control button. The module allows use of the Comelit temperature sensor or PT100 sensor to measure ambient temperature and (for Comelit sensor only) humidity and control of heating, cooling, CMV systems at multiple speeds (fan-coil, CMV, etc.) via relay outputs or 0-10V analogue outputs.

LOAD AND CONSUMPTION MANAGEMENT DIN MODULE (CT)

SimpleHome module for connection to BUS, to measure the electricity absorbed or produced in a 230 Vac single-phase system. For three-phase systems use one 20046821 module for each phase. When used in conjunction with compatible supervisors, allows viewing of consumption or production data in graph and table format. Max. power that can be measured: 10 KW. Equipped with an external CT (internal diameter 12 mm).

SIMPLEHOME MODULE LOGIC FUNCTIONS

The logic functions module 20002710, connected to the SimpleHome system, Rules can be created using the result of other rules as conditions. The status of an ON/OFF input or output or of an analogue input or output, the exceeding of a temperature value, the setting of a specific operating mode for the heating or air conditioning system, etc. can be set as rule conditions. You can set the commands to be executed if the rule is confirmed and other commands to be executed if the rule is not confirmed, up to a maximum of 100 commands.

SIMPLEHOME - POWER SUPPLY UNIT 24 VDC 2A.

Paralellable, self-protected power supply unit for SimpleHome system, 24 Vdc 2 A, supplies power to the modules in the SimpleHome BUS system. Can deliver up to 2 A and, in the case of higher power consumption, several power supply units can be connected on the bus, distributed in different parts of the system, the power supply unit is equipped with a relay output contact for fault signal.
